300 KLD Sewage Treatment
Introduction
GreEnviro Environmental Systems Pvt. Ltd. has designed, supplied, commissioned 300 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant using Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) for an industry in one of the Gulf Countries.
Challenge
To produce reusable treated water from primary treated wastewater of Construction allied Industry.
Solution Offered
To achieve results compatible to reusable water as per industrial standards, Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) process was employed. After the reduction of COD, BOD and suspended impurities (from MBR) the water was disinfected with Ultraviolet (UV) System. The water was recycled to be used for the process and boiler feed.
200 KLD Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant
Introduction
GreEnviro Environmental Systems Pvt. Ltd. has designed, supplied, and commissioned 200 KLD Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant for ETP treated water for the pharmaceutical industry.
Challenge
To produce reusable treated water from tertiary treated effluent having 25,000 TDS of pharmaceutical industry.
Solution Offered
To achieve results from 25,000 TDS RO feed water, Seawater membranes are used at 65 bar feed pressure from custom-made plunger pumps. The water was fed to Reverse Osmosis System (Two stage RO). The water was recycled to be used for the process and boiler feed. Reject was then feed to multiple effect evaporator.
150 KLD Effluent Treatment

GreEnviro Environmental Systems Pvt. Ltd. has designed, supplied, commissioned 150 KLD Effluent Treatment using Ultra Filtration and Reverse Osmosis process for a pigment manufacturing industry.
Challenge
To produce reusable treated water from tertiary treated effluent of pigment Industry.
Solution Offered
To achieve results compatible to RO feed water, Ultra Filtration process was employed. After the reduction of COD and suspended impurities (from UF) the water was fed to Reverse Osmosis System (Two stage RO). The water was recycled to be used for the process and boiler feed. Reject was then feed to multiple effect evaporator.
60 KLD Greywater Treatment Plant
Introduction
GreEnviro Environmental Systems Pvt. Ltd. has designed, supplied, and commissioned 60 KLD Greywater Treatment Plant using MBR for a Construction Company.
Challenge
To produce RMC purpose reusable treated water from Greywater of Labor colony situated at the construction site.
Solution Offered
To achieve results compatible to reusable water for RMC as per IS 456 – To be used for concreting, Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) process was employed. After the reduction of COD, BOD, and suspended impurities (from MBR) the water was recycled to be used for the Ready-mix concreting purpose.
10 KLD Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Ultra Filtration

GreEnviro Environmental Systems Pvt. Ltd. has designed, supplied, and commissioned 10 KLD Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Ultra Filtration, Reverse Osmosis, and Evaporator process for the mechanical industry.

To produce reusable treated water from tertiary treated effluent of the mechanical Industry.
Solution Offered
To achieve results compatible to RO feed water, Ultra Filtration process was employed. After the reduction of COD and suspended impurities (from UF) the water was fed to Reverse Osmosis System (Two stage RO). The water was recycled to be used for the process and boiler feed. Reject was then feed to Evaporator, wherein condensate water is used for boiler/ cooling tower purpose.
